Las consultas telefónicas son gratuitas, ilimitadas y anónimas.
Todas las consultas están hechas por psicólogos de amplia experiencia y de total confianza.
Los servicios que se incluyen en las consultas psicológicas telefónicas son:
o Ayuda inicial, consejo y orientación psicológica especializada ante diferentes situaciones:
- Crisis personales.
- Angustia.
- Depresión.
- Ansiedad.
- Accidentes.
- Separaciones.
- Acompañamiento al duelo.
- Psicólogos infantiles y juveniles.
- Expertos en personas mayores.
HORARIO DE SOLICITUD DEL SERVICIO:
El horario de solicitud del servicio será 24 horas al día 365 días al año.
HORARIO DE PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO:
El Asesoramiento Psicológico, tendrá horario de atención telefónica de lunes a viernes de 09 a 20:00 horas (excepto festivos de ámbito nacional). Ante urgencias servicio de 24 horas al día los 365 días al año.
